You can order
in one of 3 easy ways:

Simply complete the order form and leave the catalogue
at your front door. Do not attach payment .
You do not pay until you receive your goods. Your
local distributor will collect your order.

306 306 within Australia (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm AEST) or 0800 500
005 from New Zealand (Monday to Friday 10am - 7.30pm) and place your order with one of our customer
service representatives.

Order online by visiting your local Distributor's
Homecare web site. You can access their web site if
you know your Distributor's ID number. You need to add
the digits (4 or 7 in length) of their ID number to
the end of the Homecare web site address. The reason
we need the unique ID is so we know who to send your
order to. If you do not know your Distributor's ID,
phone us to place your order.

Delivery
of your Homecare products
1. Allow 1
-3 weeks for delivery of your order. Your products will
be delivered direct to your home. Your local distributor
will telephone to arrange a delivery time convenient
for you.
2. Payment
can be made by cash, credit card or cheque.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Homecare provides a No-Questions-Asked, thirty (30)
day satisfaction guarantee from the original date of
purchase on all products sold. For qualifying products,
if you're not completely satisfied with our product,
we will provide you with a full refund (excluding handling
fee) on return of the item and your original receipt
to your Homecare Distributor. Simply contacting your
local Distributor or Homecare head office on 1300 306
306 in Australia or 0800 500 005 in New Zealand. Occasionally
production models may vary slightly. You will always
receive the latest model. Note: Please choose carefully
when ordering sale items from the online Bargain Bin
as these items are only covered under Homecare's 12
Month Product Warranty.
12 Month Product Warranty
Homecare is so proud of the products we offer to our
customers we provide a twelve (12) month product warranty
from the original date of purchase for any product damaged
during normal domestic use due to faulty workmanship
and/or materials. This excludes all products damaged
accidentally by the customer or through mis-use by the
consumer (i.e. not used in accordance with instructions).
Should your product prove to be faulty, we will provide
you with a full refund (excluding handling fee) on return
of the item along with your original receipt. Simply
contact your local Distributor or Homecare head office

Zealand.
